    If a shipment is delayed or held, you hear it from us with the options already worked out.

  2. Quote what we can hold

    Quotations state their assumptions and validity. A price that grows on the invoice is a problem postponed.

  3. One name on the file

    You deal with the same person throughout. Internal handovers are ours to absorb, not yours to manage.

  4. Paperwork before movement

    Classifications, permits and certificates checked before collection. Most delays are decided at the desk.
